What is included in the cost?

Included in the cost is your seated match / event / concert ticket, if you booked a ticket option with extras like F&B that will be listed and stated at the time of booking. No hospitality other than your seat and or entry is reserved unless specified at the time of booking.

Do I need a valid passport?

Yes, you will need a passport for international travel. Although Club 4 Tickets do not deal with any aspect of your travel itinerary, we would like to advise that it will be the sole responsibility of each individual to make sure they have a full, valid passport and visa as required for their selected dates of travel. Please do note that Photo ID may be needed for ticket collection and should be taken with you for any ticket collection.

What documents do I need to take with me?

You will need to take your booking email if an e ticket printed with bar code. If collecting paper tickets, your booking paperwork and your photo ID.

What is the minimum age for making a booking with Club 4 Tickets?

You must be 18+ to make a reservation on this system; you will confirm that you are over this age as part of the booking conditions.

I want to make a booking within 2 weeks of travel is this possible?

Yes if tickets are available on line and bookable, E tickets are best for late bookings.

Do children and infants need a match ticket?

Yes, if you are travelling with a child or infant then they will need a match ticket, Infants do not get a seat but still require a ticket for entry to any game, generally there are no discounts for children.

Do I need travel insurance?

Club 4 Travel advises very strongly that you do purchase travel insurance for any trip which you may undertake. No refunds can be made on tickets, so please take insurance to cover your costs if you cannot travel to the event or the event is cancelled for any reason.

Can I pay by cash or cheque or bank transfer?

We only take credit card or debit card payments, and we may allow bank transfer for certain bookings on request, please contact us for this facility, if you have a large - party we will be able to offer a discount for bank transfer.

What happens after I submit my details to make a reservation?

After you have chosen your preferred game / event, you will receive your confirmation number. This will include all your booking details for your tickets. Please then book your flight – transportation hotel. Please do not book travel arrangements that are none refundable prior to confirmation of your tickets, you should be aware if games can be moved for TV, cup ties, so make sure travel arrangements can be changed free of charge to cover that eventuality. If you have any questions after you receive your confirmation, then you can email us with your confirmation number and query.

I have a confirmed booking but now am unable to travel, do I get a refund?

All match tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, Club 4 tickets will try to assist to sell on tickets if possible, this will be at a charge per ticket and in many cases can result in a financial loss.

In many cases the tickets can be used by other parties than the original buyer, however this must be confirmed in writing by Club 4 Travel Ltd.

What happens when I email an enquiry?

We will endeavour to reply to all email enquiries of any nature within 24hours. Email enquiries which are received after 4pm on - Friday will be replied to on the next working day during office hours.

How do I get my match tickets if I book within 2 weeks of travel?

We suggest that your ticket is posted to your hotel or pick up arranged in the city. if you need tickets sent to an address, contact us to arrange. Most tickets are E tickets, so they will be sent via E mail and you print.

Will I know which area in the stadium I will be in before I arrive?

Yes, we will be able to advise of the area upon confirmation and in most cases give a seat number, unfortunately once confirmed these cannot be changed and maybe anywhere in the home section of the area you have selected.

What are your office hours?

Our office hours are Mon – Fri from 9a.m. – 5p.m. During this time we do experience a high volume of calls and therefore advise that if you can access the website then you should go ahead and book online where possible. During busy periods you will be switched tour answer phone, leave a message and we will get back to you.

What does long-side and short side mean?

Long-side – This is seats along the side of the pitch. Short-side – This is seats are behind the goals area to the corners.

Can I pay a deposit or is full payment due at the time of booking confirmation?

Full payment is payable for any booking which is showing available to book on the website.

Can you obtain tickets that are not listed on your web site?

Yes, we can, for events or concerts not listed and also for extra allocations above our usual stock. Please contact us via email with requests.
