Booking Terms and ConditionsBy using this site, you are confirming your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Club 4 Travel Ltd in these terms referred to as T/A club4tickets.com ,  If you do not agree with any of our Terms and Conditions then do not use this site. No booking will be accepted, and confirmation will not be given unless you confirm that you have accepted these Terms and Conditions.We reserve the right to amend our Terms and Conditions at any stage at our discretion. Where Club 4 Travel Ltd books an event our responsibility is limited to the event ticket.
No services are provided or supplied by us, in all cases the contract for the service will be with you and the supplier and act the agent for the supplier who their own Terms and Conditions.“Services” means: - Club 4 tickets -Club 4 travel Ltd acts an agent / broker for suppliers of Event Tickets. 


1. Making a Booking (a) all bookings are made with Club 4 Travel Ltd t/a club4tickets.com on behalf of the supplier via the website unless otherwise stated, Club 4 travel t/a club4tickets.com act as the “agent” for all suppliers.
(b) No Contract exists until we have received confirmation of acceptance of Terms and Conditions within the via the website booking confirmation.

(c) Requests which are not bookable via the website will be subject to a fully refundable deposit in the event that we are unable to confirm the request.
(d) When a reservation is made over the telephone no contract shall exist until you have received a confirmation email from us which must be replied to accepting our Terms and Conditions and a non-refundable deposit paid.
(e) There is no requirement for a signed hard copy of this agreement. By making a reservation online or via telesales you agree to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
(d) We reserve the right to terminate any contract which has been entered into if the behaviour/conduct of the client or any member of their party either prior to or during a trip is likely to endanger the safety or well being of themselves or others.
In the event of us terminating any contract due to the behaviour or conduct of the Client or any member of their party no refund is payable.
(e) In the event that any accommodation in you or any member of your party is staying is damaged; you hereby agree to indemnify us against any claim (including legal costs) made against us arising from to the occurrence of such incidents.
f) Bookings have a 24 - hour period where we recommend no travel or non-refundable arrangements should be made after booking.

2. Client Obligations (a) No person under the age of 18 shall be permitted to make a reservation with us it is your sole responsibility to confirm that all details of documentation are present and correct upon receipt of same. Where you consider any documents or literature provided
by us to be incorrect then you should forthwith notify us by email with any concerns as soon as possible.
(b) All bookings must be made as per passport name to avoid any confusion. The responsibility of possessing a full-valid passport and or visa where necessary is the responsibility of each individual travelling with us.
(c) It is the sole responsibility of each individual to ensure they present themselves to their chosen point of departure for travel within the stated guidelines of the carrier.3. Travel Insurance (a) we recommend that everyone who intends to travel has travel insurance cover before you make a booking to include the event ticket and transport and accommodation and all costs.
(b) Each person who wishes to make a reservation via our website must ensure they have a travel policy in place with a sufficient level of cover needed for their specific trip.
(c) If a reservation is made and the Client does not have travel insurance in place then all monies paid will be forfeit.
(d) Once the travel insurance has been issued this is non-transferable.4. Payment/Methods 
(a) Full payment is due at the time of booking. (Event tickets are paid for in advance by us to the event organiser and therefore must be paid at the time of booking and are non- refundable.)
(c) Full payment is required for all tickets and costs, unless specified, if a reservation is put on request and is subsequently not available, a refund will be issued. Club 4 Travel Ltd t/a club4ticketscannot be held responsible for any costs outside of elements not booked via Club 4 Travel Ltd, no other travel arrangements should be booked until confirmation of tickets is received by Club 4 Travel Ltd
(d) we accept Visa/Visa Debit/Master Card. Certain bookings will require a booking fee.

(e) On very rare occasions some tickets or prices will not be available due to the electronic systems we use and the update of tickets prices and availability. On these occasions we will endeavour to secure tickets, these may be at a higher rate. In the case we cannot acquire tickets we will refund the customer.5. Price Variation
All our prices are in Euro or Sterling £ and are calculated using the current rates of exchange at the time of publication. The cost may be subject to change due to the exchange rates. The cost of any trip may increase/decrease for this reason. We try to avoid this where possible.


6. Event Tickets
All event tickets are non-transferable, and are valid only for your chosen selection. Where possible we will have all members of the same party seated together however this is not guaranteed. We generally are supplied tickets in pairs. We will on occasion need to supply alternative location / lounge seats, we will refund any difference in cost, no compensation is offered in such occasions.  All Club 4 Travel Ltd ticket allocation is for the home section only. The following are not permitted in the home section under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES away Colours, Flags, Signs or Banners. We take no responsibility for lost or stolen tickets.7. Event Changes/Cancellations
Where the situation arises that an event may be changed or postponed then all monies paid shall be transferred to the new dates. All dates and kick off times are subject to change due to TV commitments and is the customer’s responsibility to check any changes. If the new event date is unsuitable for you then we are unable to offer a refund unless they receive a refund from the organiser. If the event has been cancelled, then any refunds due will be issued as credit to you for future use. This will depend on the amount received back from the organiser.


8. Refund Policy

All, of our tickets are paid for at the time of your booking and cannot be refunded as they sourced and paid for with non-refundable terms from our suppliers or venue. Please ensure you have appropriate travel insurance to recover any costs in the event you cannot travel or use your purchased event tickets. We will assist to try to re - sell all tickets for the customer, these may be sold at below the original value, and we will charge a - re sale booking fee. Note events dates often change due to TV scheduling, weather and other reasons, please make sure yiou take out travel insurance to cover you purchase.9. Unforeseen Circumstances
In circumstances outside our control such as Acts of God, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, fire or other destruction of any vessel, craft or vehicle to be used in connection with your trip , riots, acts of war, civil commotion, exercise of legislative, municipal, military or other authority, strikes, industrial act, requisition of equipment, mechanical breakdown, shortage of fuel, insolvency or default of any carrier or service
supplier connected with a holiday, fraud perpetrated against us or any other reason beyond our the control of Club 4 Travel Ltd will be unable to offer a refund of any kind unless we receive same from the organiser.Force Majeure, means unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of the Organiser, the Retailer or other suppliers of services, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised or an event which the Organiser, the Retailer or the supplier of services even with all due care could not foresee.10. Name Changes
Name Changes must be given in writing and are permitted up to 2 weeks before travel and are subject to a charge per person. 


11. Telesales Reservations
All telesales is on a request basis only. A booking deposit is required to request a reservation in certain cases as detailed in section 1 (c). An email detailing the confirmed reservation will be sent to you directly upon confirmation by us and the deposit paid shall be non-refundable after confirmation.12. Complaints Procedure
In the event that you need to make a complaint, please advise us immediately and we will try and rectify the problem. On your return complaints must be made in writing. This must be received in writing via email or recorded post within 28 days of your return trip. We value your business, and your satisfaction is important to us. All complaints will be investigated thoroughly, and we endeavour to provide a resolution of your complaint.


13. Promotional Offers/Competitions
All promotional offers/discounts and competitions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed at any time without prior notice. Competition winners must agree to have their details published on the website and all decisions are final.14. Jurisdiction
All terms/condition/agreements and performances are governed by the United Kingdom Jurisdiction and are subject to the UK Courts.15. Termination of Use
the use of any person using this site may be terminated at any time for any reason, including any improper use or failure to comply with the stated Terms and Conditions.16. Liability

article 8 – Liability

a. Club4tickets is not liable to the Buyer and Visitor for any direct or indirect damage, including consequential damage, if the delivery of the Tickets, Products and Services fails because of providing an incorrect email address or delivery address, or if the Ticket is invalid because of a printing error by the Buyer. Club4tickets will never be liable for a higher amount than the Buyer has paid for the Tickets, Products or Services. Club4tickets cannot be regarded as the Event Organiser and has no influence over the quality and content of the Event and the procedures in or around the Event venue. Club4tickets therefore is not responsible, gives no guarantees in respect of the Event, and cannot accept any liability on this basis.

b. If the Buyer chooses to receive Tickets and Services electronically, the risk of loss, theft or misuse of the Ticket and Services passes to the Buyer as soon as they receive the Tickets and Services.

c. Club4tickets’s liability for an attributable failure to perform an Agreement only ever arises if the Buyer gives Club4tickets an immediate and proper notice of default in writing, stipulating a reasonable period in which to remedy the failure, and Club4tickets continues to fail attributably to comply with its obligations even after that period. The notice of default must contain as complete and detailed a description of the failure as possible, so that Club4tickets can respond appropriately.

d. The Buyer indemnifies Club4tickets against all third-party claims relating to the Buyer’s failure to comply or comply adequately with any obligation towards Club4tickets, whether or not arising from the General Conditions.

e. Club4tickets accepts no liability whatsoever for Tickets, Products and Services that the Buyer obtains from third parties. Club4tickets also cannot guarantee their authenticity.

We are responsible for the supply re sale of event ticket only, and we are in no way responsible for any additional expenses, distress, loss, damage, injury, inconvenience, and delay, accidents resulting from or attributing to the act of default of any companies, firms, or persons in connection with the carrying out of such reservations or arrangements. We accept no liability for any venue or event provider and work solely as a booking intermediary. 17. Links
Our website sometimes contains links to other websites. These links are for information and convenience purposes only. This does not mean that we endorse the websites which it may be linked to, and we take no responsibility for any practices on the other sites. We do recommend that if you do decide to use any facility that you check the privacy statements and every web site that collects personally identifiable information.18. Arbitration
The parties to this contract agree that any dispute or disagreement of any kind which arises or occurs in relation to anything or matter arising out of or in connection with this contract and the suppliers who supply Club 4 Travel Ltd will be referred to the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators to nominate an independent arbitrator to resolve the dispute which has arisen and the parties agree to be bound by the decision of the independent arbitrator.19. Good FaithI warrant and represent that all of the information provided by me is true and accurate and that I have been authorised by all persons named on this booking form to execute this agreement on their behalf and accordingly, I sign my name both as their agent and on my own behalf.

Personalisation

a. In some cases, the name on the Ticket is not relevant for admission to the Event and if the Ticket is resold, the name on it will not match the Buyer’s name.

b. But in some cases, Tickets might have to be personalised, for example if entry to the Event is possible only if the details on the Ticket match the details on a valid ID. This can involve the Buyer having to provide names and other details to club4tickets or the Organiser when or after ordering the Tickets. The Buyer is responsible for entering the information correctly. In some cases, the Visitor’s details can be changed afterwards for a fee. Club4tickets is not responsible for the consequential or other damage resulting from being refused admission to an Event if the Buyer provides incorrect information or if the user of a Ticket cannot identify themselves.


FRENCH FOOTBALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 

A confirmed booking is NON-REFUNDABLE whatever the personal circumstances of the traveller may be. Do NOT confirm if you are unsure of your intention to travel.
If a match date changes from Saturday to Sunday or vice-versa there are no refunds for any cancellations.
If a match date changes from a Wednesday to Tuesday or Thursday there are NO refunds for any cancellations.
All games are scheduled on Sunday or Wednesday, but their definitive date and time can be confirmed a week before the event. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the exact date and time of the game, the official French Football League website.


1/ For weekend games it can be moved from Sunday to Saturday.
2/ For mid-week games, it can be moved from Wednesday to Tuesday or Thursday.
3/ We recommend to book flights and accommodations according to the possible changes, with at least 1 day before the scheduled date.

Clubs reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at their sole discretion at any time and short notice.

SPANISH FOOTBALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 

A confirmed booking is NON-REFUNDABLE whatever the personal circumstances of the traveller may be. Do NOT confirm if you are unsure of your intention to travel.
If a match date changes from Sunday to Friday, Saturday or Monday there are NO refunds for any cancellations.
If a match date changes from a Wednesday to Tuesday or Thursday there are NO refunds for any cancellations.
All games are scheduled on Sunday or Wednesday, but their definitive date and time can be confirmed a week before the event. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the exact date and time of the game, the official Spanish Football League website www.laliga.es
1/ For weekend games it can be moved from Sunday to Friday, Saturday or Monday.
2/ For mid-week games, it can be moved from Wednesday to Tuesday or Thursday.
3/ We recommend to book flights and accommodations according to the possible changes, with at least 1 day before the scheduled date.
